1. Create Structured Routine

Students have so much on their plate, that they feel overwhelmed often which leads to high levels of stress and they feel tired. However, you can make their life easier by helping them to create a daily routine to follow.

The routine will help the students see each day in a structure and also give them a sense of predictability. Because of the structured routine, which has been set earlier, will help the student to complete each of their tasks in time and they never feel overwhelmed because they know each particular task there’s time allotted to it.

You can consider utilizing visual aids like- a study planner, which can give an hourly reminder to students to complete their tasks on time and when they need to switch to the next task.
